Exchange policy
An exchange is considered only if the request is submitted with 7 days after we deliver your order. Item MUST be posted back to us WITHIN 3 days after exchange is confirmed. Items returned to us for exchange must be in the same condition as posted to customer.
An exchange request can be made with NO CHARGE IF:
- Merchandise is defective.
- Merchandise has the wrong color/size compared to your ordered item. (for ex. you ordered S size, we deliver M size; you ordered yellow, we deliver green.)
- Overseas orders (outside Singapore) are not applicable for this exchange policy. We always check very carefully and guarranty no defect before delivery to overseas.
- In case, defective product has no more stock of the same design and color, customers can request to exchange for another item of a new design/color. If the new item for exchange has lower value compared to defective item, excess paid amount will be forfeited. Otherwise, the price difference is payable.
If your exchange request is valid as above, we will bear all postage costs of the exchange process which includes your costs of postage back to us and forth to you. Simply send us an email to sales@go-trendy.com with the following format:
- Name: [your name]
- Order number: [Your order number]
- Item code: [item code]
- Description: [your description of the defect or wrong delivery]
- If exchange is requested because of defect, please attach an image of the defect to us.
An exchange request can be made WITH CHARGE IF:
Customers wish to make an exchange to another size / colour / design.
Charges as follow:
- Exchange charge of SGD4.00 per item (excluding price difference & shipping fee)
- If the new item for exchange has lower value compared to the bought item, excess paid amount will be forfeited. Otherwise, the price difference is payable.
- Shipping fee of seller in exchange process is paid by buyer.
- Note: For hygine purpose, exchange is not allowed for earings.
- Note: Exchange to another style of lower value still incurs exchange charge.
Refund policy
- If somehow the product is out of stock after making the payment, full refund will be made for that particular product.
- In the case that your requested-for-exchange item (due to DEFECT/WRONG size/color compared to the order) is out-of-stock, we will contact you for refund or another alternative choice.
We reserve the right to make final decision.
Otherwise, strictly no refund.
